The factors affecting job satisfaction in the staff of employees in Phu Yen PV Oil Joint Stock Company

Abstract

This study aims at determining the factors affecting the job satisfaction of employees in PV Oil Phu Yen Joint Stock company through the steps of descriptive statistics, reliability evaluation on the measurement scale with Cronbach alpha coefficient and factor analysis methods - EFA. The study applied both qualitative and quantitative methods based on the data collected from 200 employees working at the company. This research shows that there are seven factors that have impact on employee job satisfaction: superiors, colleagues, and payment according to the work quality, job nature, benefits, working conditions and training - promotion.
