Some orientations for renovating and developing Phu Yen University following the 8th Central Resolutions, Session XI, regarding fundamental and all round renovation of education and training

Abstract

Fundamental, all round renovation of education and training is an essential and urgent requirement to overcome the limitations and weaknesses in education to meet the demands of constructing and defending the country under new circumstances. As for higher education, orientating the training targets to meet the social requirements is currently an urgent issue of the society. The article proposes some orientations for renovating the targets, duties and remedies for the development of Phu Yen University, aiming at effectively implementing the training targets to meet the social requirements in particular and the Party’s guidelines of fundamental, all round renovation of education and training in general.
