Ecological morality in Buddhism philosophy
Abstract
Based on all the basic philosophies such as interdependent, equitable theory of everything, the retributive theory of cause and effect, Buddhism has constructed all the principles and standards for the basic ecological morality such as implementing environmentally friendly lyfestyles, arousing Buddhist personalities, avoiding revenges and angers, building up good karma, avoiding bad karma and perveiving the life as non-ego, and impermanence…. This has great significance, not only in the Buddhism itself, but also in the cause of ecological moral education for mankind within the contemporary contexts.
