Improvement in the Policy Environment to Encourage Capital Investment in Phu Yen Province

Abstract

Phu Yen is a coastal province in Southern Central Vietnam, which has potential and advantages in labour and natural resources. With the development of national open economy, Phu Yen has created many favorable conditions to welcome investors, extend investment projects, diversify the forms of capital creation, and speed up administrative reforms in the area of investment, appropriately and timely support investors in deploying the Government’s policies based on the specific circumstances of the province. Therefore, the improvement on policy environment to encourage the capital investment is of great necessity in the coming time.
