CRISIS MANAGEMENT OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE COUNCIL IN THE CONTEXT OF THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC IN VIETNAM

Abstract

The Administrative council need to have a plan to manage and respond to the crisis caused by the pandemic to help businesses overcome difficulties. This article aims to point out the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic on Vietnamese businesses in the past time, and at the same time highlight the role of the Administrative council in crisis management during the Covid-19 period and proposed measures that the Administrative council of Vietnamese enterprises should take to manage the crisis in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic.
