Abstract

This study was conducted on 146 educational administrators, teachers and 237 students to survey the realities of school culture construction management at high schools in some mountainous districts of Phu Yen province. The results show that the management of building school culture at these high schools has still remained some limitations. Therefore, the analysis of such realities will be the foundations for proposing management measures in line with the practical realities of these districts.
