Effects of stocking density on growth and survival rate of cucrian carp Carassius auratus
Abstract
The experiments were conducted at different densities of crucian carp in 2 stages from larvae to juvenile and from juvenile to fry. For experiments of crucian carp from larvae to juvenile, the results showed that the most suitable density was 1.500 ind/m3 with 1,91 cm of length and 0,8 gram of weight after 25 days rearing. For experiments of crucian carp from juvenile to fry, at the density of 500 ind/m3 showed the best result with 3,03 cm and 1,85 g of length and weight, respectively after 35 days rearing.
