Objective factors affecting non-major students’ Fine Arts learning activities at Phu Yen University

Abstract

   Non-major students of Phu Yen University study several Fine Art subjects. Some important reasons affect the quality of their learning activities. Analyzing some factors and proposing some practical solutions is the issue that the author addresses in this article.
