Abstract

As a higher-education institute, Phu Yen University is determined to research the developing strategies of the national education in the period 2011-2020, which was framed by the Decision 711/ QĐ-TT dated 13/6/2012 by the Prime Minister.

The article proposes a researching method on the above-mentioned strategies in terms of approaching the State’s management of education; highlights the great functions which Phu Yen University needs to accomplish as soon as possible in order to contribute to performing those strategies successfully.
