Study on the chemical composition and antioxidant activity of allium leaf oil (allium odorum l.) in phu yen
Abstract
The Allium leaf oil, after extraction by distillation and steam alluring made with anhydrous Na2SO4. By using GC- MS method, 12 chemical components were identified in the Allium leaf oil. DPPH methods show that antioxidant activity is oil 16,34 ± 0,25 % with the Allium leaf oil.
