Developing education students’ teaching competence to respond the innovation demands at schools

Abstract

In the teachers training mission of the university, “teachers must be trained to become educators rather than to be knowledge providing experts”. Thus, to become educators, learners need to be trained to achieve various competences. Teaching competence of education is of great importance for an educator. The article gives a presention on the teaching competence, some solutions to the development of the students’ teaching competence during their learning process at the university, aiming at creating the teacher generations with their teaching abilities capable of responding the innovation demands at schools.
