Forming and developing problem-solving skills for students when teaching the Chapter: Topography of Vietnam, Geography Grade 12
Abstract
In teaching geography at high schools, developing problem-solving ability for students is an important task. In order to deal with this issue, teachers should use a combination of teaching methods such as problem-solving, discussion, project method, creative experimentation, and the like. The formation of problem-solving skills should be carried out regularly and persistently, with a positive, independent and creative attitude. Besides the teachers’ responsible, dedicated guidance and support, good teaching and learning methods will also bring about better results and stability at high schools.
