Abstract

Ho Chi Minh’s thought on the issue of democracy due to its deep meaning both theoretically and practically has attracted the attention of a large number of researchers, scholars, scientists and is approached and exploited in many different aspects and angles. On the basis of clarifying Ho Chi Minh’s thought and role on democracy - the basis for ensuring the rights of party members; the current status of promoting the democratic rights of cadres and party members according to Ho Chi Minh’s democratic ideology, the author proposes a number of solutions to effectively promote the democratic rights of cadres, party members now.
