A STUDY ON FACTORS AFFECTING STUDENTS’ SATISFACTION OF LIBRARY SERVICE QUALITY AT SOME UNIVERSITIES OF PHU YEN PROVINCE
Abstract
This study aims to measure the level of students’ satisfaction of the service quality of some university libraries in Phu Yen province. Based on the comparison of some research models on satisfaction, inheriting the studies along with the authors’ analysis, the theoretical model of student satisfaction of the service quality of some university libraries in Phu Yen province was built with the following six specific factors: (1) Reliability, (2) Responsiveness, (3) Service capacity, (4) Administrative etiquette, (5) Tangible media, (6) Warranties.
