Training and developing soft skills for pedagogical students at Phu Yen University

Abstract

Soft skills education is one of the important issues in comprehensive vocational dignity education for pedagogical students. After graduating, students are not only equipped with fundamental professional knowledge but also many other skills, especially basic soft skills so that they can quickly integrate into their professional life. industry and society. For pedagogical students, this is even more important because of the pervasiveness in the pedagogical profession so that they can also convey it to their students later. Being aware of the current status of students' soft skills, we propose some measures to foster and develop soft skills for pedagogical students, as young teachers in the future who will carry out teaching and educational tasks in high schools.
