The Religio–Spiritualist “Model” of Thang Long Capital
Abstract
The results of archaeological excavations at the area of 18 Hoang Dieu, Hanoi have disclosed many things up to now unknown. Together with new knowledges, a series of questions requires working hypotheses to analyze and explain still unclear parts. The hypothesis of the author is in the light of the science on religions. The article consists of two main parts: the religio-spiritualist dimension and an intentional choice; and the geomagnetic interpretation. Both these contents are focused on the two Ly-Tran dynasties. The article does not embark on a survey of the dynasties prior to and after these two dynasties despite possible relations. Full text in Vietnamese Religious Studies 2005/2 pp.21-31
