Study, design and optimize the mechanical structure on the rotary drum dryer of the waste treatment line

Abstract

The rotating cage is an important device with the function of drying and controlling the productivity on the waste treatment line. Through the working conditions, the article presents the calculation method, design the mechanical structure of the rotary cage dryer and optimize the volume (can be analyzed) of the mass details. The purpose is to reduce document costs, reduce processing costs and reduce power consumption for the system, contributing to improving the maximum efficiency of computation in garbage treatment. The results of the article have also built a model and drawing of a rotary drying equipment with a capacity of about 50 tons/day in the condition of plastic waste management, as a treatment basis for later manufacturing.
