Increase income for vietnam workers after the Covid-19 pandemic

Abstract

On April 1, 2020, the Prime Minister announced the Covid-19 epidemic nationwide, implementing "all people to fight the epidemic". The research aims to analyze the impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic on the lives and incomes of workers, solve the problem of raising incomes and improving the quality of life of Vietnamese workers after the pandemic. Covid-19 pandemic. Results of the research show that the Covid-19 pandemic has had the main effects on employees: job loss, job reduction, job change and reduced income of employees. From the research results, the author has proposed solutions to stabilize jobs, improve employees' incomes, ensure social security and stabilize employees' lives in the coming time.
