The Communication Solutions to Enhance the Effectiveness of Enrollment Work at Sao Do University

Abstract

Universities in Vietnam in general, Sao Do University in particular, are promoting communication activities to improve enrollment effectiveness. Therefore, researching communication solutions to enhance the effectiveness of enrollment is an urgent requirement. This study not only evaluates the effectiveness of using communication solutions in enrollment, but also helps improve the quality of enrollment at Sao Do University. The study helps the university understand the current communication channels and propose appropriate improvements and adjustments to increase the effectiveness of using communication solutions in enrollment. Through a survey of candidates and university staff, the study provides some important information about the factors influencing university choice, thereby supporting the development of a more effective communication strategy. The proposed solutions are expected to increase the enrollment rate, maintain and strengthen relationships with the student community, and contribute to enhancing the university’s position in the higher education system.
