Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the impact of digital human resource management (HRM) on employee performance at educational institutions in Hanoi. The three main factors examined include digital recruitment, digital training and development, and digital productivity management. Data was collected through surveys with staff at educational institutions and analyzed using statistical methods such as Cronbach's Alpha reliability test, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), and multiple regression analysis. The results show that digital training and development have the strongest impact on employee performance, while digital recruitment and digital productivity management also play significant roles in enhancing work performance. The study concludes that the application of digital technology in HRM not only optimizes processes but also improves training quality and work effectiveness at higher education institutions.
