The theory of labor power commodities by C. Marx and value in the development of the labor market during the 4.0 industrial revolution in our country
Abstract
The labor power commodity theory of C. Marx analyzes labor power as a special type of commodity, which is the source of resolving contradictions in the general formula of capitalism. This means recognizing the right of workers to seek employment, especially during the period of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, where machines are increasingly replacing human labor. In this article, based on the theoretical system of Marxism and the directives and resolutions of the Communist Party of Vietnam, through methods of analysis, synthesis, and so on... The author clarifies the theoretical value of the commodity of labor power in Marxism concerning the process of building and developing the labor market during the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0) in present-day Vietnam.
