Abstract
The paper with the above title highlights five key aspects that contribute to enhancing corporate green performance. The paper is the result of the survey aiming to collect and analyze data from 539 enterprises in the manufacturing sector in Dong Nai province. These include incorporating greening considerations into job design and analysis, prioritizing environmental awareness and green values in the recruitment and selection process, and providing employees with training opportunities. specialized training and development focused on sustainable skills, implementing reward and recognition programs that encourage green behaviors and fostering a corporate culture that emphasizes collaboration and employee engagement members into environmental management. In general, integrating these green human resource management practices enables organizations to achieve their environmental goals more effectively and improve their overall green performance.
