Issues in soft skills development for Vietnamese students in current undergraduate programs
Abstract
The article focuses on theoretical and practical issues in soft skills development for students using the references from models that integrate professional skills, attributes and soft skills into their programs in modern higher education. The article also promotes ten soft skills that should beconsidered in designing programs for Vietnamese undergraduate students contemporarily.
