Abstract

Sending workers to work abroad is an essential employment channel to improve the lives and income of households, and develop local socio-economic practices. The paper clarifies the situation of sending workers in Central coastal localities to work abroad, thereby proposing solutions for related agencies and workers to increase their income and contributing to socio-economic development in seaside area towards integration and sustainable development.
