Abstract

The international conflict index, designed to measure the complexity of conflicts among nations and associated factors, helps monitor and assess the level of conflict as well as the potential for intervention and resolution. The crucial correlation amomg component indicators also matters. Understanding these correlations to build an index formula for conflict identification is vital for forecasting the risk of future disputes and figuring out measures for conflict mitigation.
