About the Journal

• Banking Review is a public non-business unit under the State Bank of Vietnam. It operates under the autonomy mechanism applicable to public non-business units in accordance with the regulations of the State Bank of Vietnam and relevant laws. Banking Review has its own seal and bank account opened at the State Treasury or commercial banks, and is headquartered in Hanoi.
• Banking Review serves as the official publication and forum for professional theory, banking science, and technology. It is responsible for disseminating and promoting the Party’s guidelines, the State’s policies and laws, banking activities, and achievements in science and technology within the banking sector and related fields, in accordance with the regulations of the State Bank of Vietnam and applicable laws.
