Abstract
After more than 8 years of implementation, the 2015 Law on Supervisory Activities of the National Assembly and People’s Councils has revealed a number of limitations and shortcomings. The amendment of the 2015 Law on Supervisory Activities of the National Assembly and People’s Councils is necessary to create a legal basis for the implementation of the important authority of the National Assembly and People’s Councils. This article analyzes certain legal issues within the Draft Law on Supervisory Activities of the National Assembly and People’s Councils (amended) in order to make recommendations for improving legal regulations.
