Abstract

Election campaigning is a crucial and indispensable part of the electoral process. Through campaigning, voters not only listen but also exchange ideas and express their aspirations, thereby choosing individuals with sufficient virtue and talent to represent their will and desires in elected bodies. This article presents the concept and significance of election campaigning, while also analyzing the legal regulations concerning it. Based on this, the article proposes improvements to the legal regulations on election campaigning to ensure that the campaigning process is objective, fair, and democratic.
