Organizational and management models of safety assurance funds in certain countries and implications for Vietnam

Abstract

Using methods of analysis, synthesis, and comparison, the article researches the organizational and management models of Preservation Funds in several countries and the current status of such models in Vietnam. Based on international models and assessments of Vietnam’s Preservation Fund model, the article proposes solutions to improve the law and the Regulation on the management and use of the Preservation Fund issued by the Cooperative Bank of Vietnam.
