Improving the quality of National Assembly deputies from the practice of the 15th National Assembly to orientations for future terms

Abstract

This article analyzes the current quality of the 15^th National Assembly deputies in terms of professional qualifications, political competence, management experience, and the capacity to perform duties in legislative activities, oversight, and decision-making on crucial national matters. On this basis, the article identifies several limitations and lessons learned, proposing strategic orientations to further enhance the quality and operational efficiency of National Assembly deputies in future terms.
