Abstract
The article provides comments on several issues in the Draft Law on Lawyers (Amended), including: reforming the organizational and operational models of law firms, improving practicing conditions and the role of lawyers, and encouraging digital transformation in legal practice, with the aim of enhancing the competitiveness of Vietnamese lawyers in the domestic and international legal services market.
