Some issues on Banking Law in the context of digital transformation in Vietnam today

Abstract

In the context of digital transformation across all sectors of the economy (particularly in the financial-banking sector) in Vietnam today, it is essential to identify the challenges posed to the legal system in general and banking law in particular, thereby setting out orientations and solutions to improve the law, ensuring the development of a transparent and efficient digital economy, and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of banking service consumers. The article focuses on analyzing the characteristics of digital transformation in the banking sector, the issues arising for banking law in this context, and proposing solutions for improvement.
