Abstract

This Article outlines several global legislative trends to govern artificial intelligence (AI) in the world and references them against Vietnam’s Draft Law on Artificial Intelligence, which is scheduled for discussion and passage by the 15th National Assembly at the 10th Session. Then, it offers some recommendations to improve this important Draft Law.
