This article focuses on analyzing gender equality perspectives in building a legal framework to regulate legal relations. It analyzes and evaluates the core contents of marriage and family law through historical periods from a gender and gender equality lens using specific gender analysis tools. It points out limitations in implementation and application to resolve practical cases, thereby proposing solutions for the perfection of marriage and family law in the new era.
