Some issues in valuation of construction products and determination of average unit prices of materials at the construction science

Abstract

The process of forming a construction project must go through three stages: investment preparation, investment implementation and completion of construction, putting the project into operation and use. Accordingly, the determination of project construction prices must be estimated by each unit (investor, contractor...) most appropriately for each stage and implementation role. This article introduces a few features of valuation in construction and how to determine the average unit price of materials at the construction site.
