Practice of improving work line in construction using 5S mode

Abstract

This paper proposes an approach in organizing and managing construction activities on construction sites using the 5S model with the aim of eliminating waste, minimizing non-value-added activities, improving product quality, providing a working environment with the spirit of continuous improvement, and improving safety and hygiene on construction sites.
