Abstract

The suburban communes of Hanoi are experiencing significant changes in the residential areas due to the pressures of urbanization. The center of the commune is an important space, and it is currently undergoing diverse developments and many changes compared to before. However, the space of the commune center here has not been thoroughly researched, leading to numerous issues regarding planning and management. This article assesses the current status of the commune center and presents viewpoints along with proposed solutions for planning the space of the commune center in the suburban districts of Hanoi.
