Proposed measures to improve construction management of industrial projects in Vietnam

Abstract

In an era where the industrial sector is rapidly expanding worldwide, domestic industrial construction has also made significant strides. To compete in both domestic and international markets, contractors must deliver products that fully meet client demands. Among these efforts, construction management plays a pivotal role in influencing investors' decisions when selecting contractors. Therefore, refining construction management practices for industrial projects is essential to enhance competitiveness, not only against domestic enterprises but also against foreign firms.
