Survey of current status of safety and convenience in mini apartments in Da Nang city

Abstract

Da Nang has a high rate of urbanization and urban population growth in recent years, so the need for small, convenient apartments to meet the living needs of nuclear families has become urgent. Therefore, mini apartments are a form of housing that is gradually becoming popular in Da Nang. This study includes the following main contents: synthesizing and researching documents related to standards on safety and convenience design in mini apartments; surveying the current status of safety and convenience of mini apartments built in Da Nang city in recent years. The results of the study will be the scientific basis for designing to meet safety and convenience standards in new mini apartments; the basis for proposing new policies and regulations for types of constructions of the same genre, suitable for the practical situation in the locality and keeping up with the trend of the times.
