Abstract

The Bach Dang pedestrian street and night market project in Hai Duong City aims to create a communal space that promotes tourism and preserves cultural heritage. Covering approximately 4.9 hectares, the project is located along major roads such as Bach Dang, Chuong Duong, and Bui Thi Xuan. This area is close to key public facilities and connects major cultural and entertainment centers of the city. The pedestrian street will meet the growing but currently unplanned demand for nighttime leisure activities. Its convenient location is expected to attract both locals and tourists to enjoy food, shopping, and entertainment. Hai Duong is rich in traditional cultural values that need to be preserved and promoted. The project contributes to sustainable and modern urban development.
