Construction contract management during Covid pandemic
Abstract
The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the construction industry, particularly in the implementation and management of construction contracts. This article examines the key factors influencing construction project contract management during and after the pandemic. Following the literature review, the research has conducted surveys of experts and a general survey to identify the main influencing factors. The statistical analysis results revealed 10 main factors that affect contract management during and after the pandemic. The study proposed several solutions to enhance the effectiveness of contract management in the post-COVID-19 context. The article contributes to the orientation of investors, contractors and consulting units in adapting and improving the capacity of construction contract management in the future.
