Research on architectural design for new mini apartments that meet minimum safety and comfort standards for 2-generation families

Abstract

Our country has a high rate of urbanization and urban population growth in recent years in big cities, so the need for small, convenient apartments to meet the living needs of nuclear families has become urgent. Therefore, mini apartments are a form of housing that is gradually becoming popular. This study includes the following main contents: synthesizing research on documents related to standards for safe and convenient design in mini apartments; and proposing related architectural design solutions. The results of the study will be typical designs and scientific basis for designing to meet safety and convenience standards for two-generation families in new mini apartments and at the same time, this is also the foundation for recommending new policies and regulations suitable for projects of the same type, suitable for actual conditions and catching up with the development trend of housing architecture in the world.
