The high land use fee is a burden for people when registering for land use right certificates

Abstract

This article is based on data collection from the finance, natural resources and environment sectors on land use fee collection and compares the land use fee collection level under the 2024 Land Law with the 2013 Land Law, showing that there is a great impact on households and individuals in registering for the first land use right certificate or changing the land use purpose from agricultural land to residential land in Ho Chi Minh City.
