Experiment to determine the elastic modulus of coral stone as concrete aggregate

Abstract

The article presents the results of laboratory research to determine the elastic modulus in dry state and water saturated state of coral rock sampled in offshore island areas. This is one of the important mechanical characteristics of coral rock, serving as a basis for research on the application of coral rock as aggregate for concrete production for some types of structures in construction works on islands serving security - defense and socio-economic development.
