Abstract
Abstract: The article describes and analyses the role of offerings to gods in the Cham Ahiér’s Kate festival in Ninh Thuan province. Based on observation, ritual participation, and interviewing dignitaries and elders - people who understand the structural regulations and meanings of sacred offerings during the Kate festival, the research indicates that offerings not only contain unique cultural messages from culinary practices but also are a reflective mirror expressing the cosmology, world view, and social structure of the Cham Ahiér in Ninh Thuan province.
