Abstract
The article explores several policies in the period 2011 - 2020 related to the conservation and promotion of cultural values of ethnic minorities living in regions with extremely difficult socio-economic conditions. It points out the results, achievements, limitations, and shortcomings of some localities in the policy implementation process. At the same time, it proposes some recommendations to contribute to completing specific policies to support and develop ethnic minorities living in regions with extremely difficult socio economic conditions for the period 2021 - 2025 and other Vietnam's next stage.
