Abstract
The article addresses barriers to access to the labor market in Vietnam that ethnic minority groups in Vietnam have to face. It emphasizes education and training factors, language, professional skills, lack of career orientation, and information, lack of integration policy. The current labor market that ethnic minorities participate in is still mostly in the agricultural sector with low levels of production. Some new vacancies are also witnessing the appearance of ethnic minorities, but not much. This is an emerging issue that requires in depth studies to gradually remove unnecessary barriers, contributing to sustainable development for ethnic minority groups in Vietnam.
