Multi-dimensional poverty of indigenous groups in the West Central Coast in the period of 2016-2020 and concerning issues

Abstract
Today, multi-dimensional poverty is becoming a serious and complex issue due to features of the natural landscape and demographic obstacles. This issue has emerged and is troublesome amongst local ethnic minority groups in the Western central coast. It is shown through the poverty and near poverty rates, inadequate criteria of basic social service access, and life standard assessment. These include education, housing, hydro, and sanitary systems. By examining complex causes of poverty, this article recommends some solutions to create policies of poverty reduction for local ethnic groups in the Western central coast of Vietnam
