The Historical, Cultural and Social Features of Ethnic Minorities: Heritage and Restriction for Development and Sustainable Development in the Current Background

Abstract

The development and sustainable development of ethnicities, especially vulnerable ethnic minorities, of the developmental projects have been becoming a controversial and research subject whenever talking about the justice and equality in the multi-ethnic nations. In a multi-ethnic nation at the low developmental level like Vietnam, even the Viet ethnic majority also has faced many difficulties on its developmental way. Therefore, for the ethnic minorities, the difficulties would have been manifold. The economic, cultural and social features of traditional society have affected the development of ethnic minorities in the current background. This writing presents the historical, cultural and social features affecting the development and sustainable development of  ethnic minorities in general and those in the Central Highlands in particular
