The Implementation of Marriage and Family Law among the Ra-glai People in Khanh Hoa Province at the Present

Abstract

The propagation of marriage and family law among the Ra-glai people has deployed since a long time ago and has achieved a number of certain results. However, the process of deployment of marriage and family law in this ethnicity still has had some limitations in that child and unregistered marriages and so on still have taken place. Based on the analysis of this practical situation, the article indicated a number of reasons of limitations in marriage and family among Ra-glai people at the same time proposed some recommendations for minimizing of the above-mentioned limitations
